These terms are provided here for transparency. The version you accept when you sign up for or use the platform governs that use, and Trusted Home Network may update this language from time to time.
Homeowners
Trusted Home Network — Homeowner Terms of Use and Liability Waiver
By checking the box below and using Trusted Home Network (“THN”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Independent Contractor Network
THN provides homeowners with access to information regarding independent contractors and service providers. THN is not a contractor, subcontractor, construction manager, project manager, employer, insurer, or agent of any contractor listed on the platform.

No Guarantee of Services
THN does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, pricing, workmanship, availability, or performance of any contractor or service provider.

Independent Decision
I understand that I am solely responsible for selecting, hiring, supervising, and paying any contractor or service provider. Any agreement entered into between me and a contractor is solely between me and that contractor.

No Responsibility for Contractor Actions
THN shall not be responsible or liable for any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, property damage, personal injury, financial loss, delay, dispute, warranty issue, or other claim arising from or related to any contractor or service provider.

Vetting Process
Although THN may perform certain screening, verification, or credential review processes, I understand that such reviews are limited in scope and are not a guarantee of future performance, honesty, financial stability, licensing status, workmanship, or suitability.

Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless THN, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising out of or relating to my use of the platform or my engagement with any contractor.

Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
Contractors
Trusted Home Network — Contractor Terms of Use and Liability Waiver
By registering with Trusted Home Network (“THN”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Independent Business Relationship
I am an independent business owner and not an employee, partner, agent, joint venturer, franchisee, or representative of THN.

No Guarantee of Leads or Revenue
THN does not guarantee leads, appointments, sales opportunities, contracts, customer engagements, revenues, profits, or business growth.

Independent Contracting Relationship
Any agreement entered into between a contractor and homeowner is solely between those parties. THN is not a party to any contract, proposal, estimate, invoice, payment arrangement, warranty, or dispute.

Contractor Responsibility
I am solely responsible for all aspects of my business operations, including licensing, insurance, permits, taxes, employee management, compliance, workmanship, customer communications, pricing, contracts, warranties, and dispute resolution.

No Liability for Customer Relationships
THN shall not be liable for any homeowner actions, payment disputes, cancellations, claims, complaints, project delays, damages, losses, or other matters arising from interactions between contractors and homeowners.

Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THN and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising from my business activities, services, or interactions with homeowners.

Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
HOA & Property Managers
Trusted Home Network — HOA and Property Manager Terms of Use and Liability Waiver
By registering for or participating in Trusted Home Network (“THN”), the undersigned HOA, condominium association, community association, property manager, or management company acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Referral and Information Platform
THN serves solely as a referral and information platform intended to connect homeowners with independent contractors and service providers.

No Endorsement or Warranty
THN does not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, pricing, performance, reliability, or suitability of any contractor listed on the platform.

Independent Relationships
Any relationship between homeowners and contractors is solely between those parties. THN is not a party to any contract, project, payment arrangement, dispute, warranty claim, or service agreement.

No Liability for Contractor or Homeowner Actions
THN shall not be responsible for any contractor actions, homeowner actions, property damage, personal injury, financial loss, disputes, complaints, delays, defective work, warranty issues, or other matters arising from interactions between homeowners and contractors.

Community Participation
The HOA or property manager acknowledges that participation in THN is voluntary and that the association remains responsible for its own vendor policies, contractor requirements, and community governance.

Release and Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the HOA or property manager releases and agrees to hold harmless THN, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or attorney fees arising from homeowner or contractor participation in the platform.

Acknowledgment
The undersigned acknowledges that they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
