Founding members pay nothing for the first twelve months. Renewal is expected to be $99 or $199 per year and will be confirmed before your renewal date.
What does the membership include?
Membership is how a contractor joins the Trusted Home Network. You complete The THN Trusted Standard™ — licensing, insurance, criminal background screening, reputation review, and a professional standards assessment — and once you're approved you're listed in the network as a verified member and become eligible for concierge-matched homeowner work.
We don't sell shared leads. Our concierge team reviews every homeowner request and hand-matches it to a member who fits the trade, the project, and the timeline — across Sarasota & surrounding communities and the HOA communities we partner with. Membership also comes with the credibility of the Trusted Standard badge, your own member profile, marketing materials, and a real team you can reach by phone or email.
Our low-cost membership fee includes:

- Your Trusted Standard badge and listing in the Trusted Home Network directory
- Concierge-matched homeowner referrals — no bidding wars, no recycled lead lists

What does the membership include?
The Service Coach membership gives you direct access to experienced business guidance whenever you need it — a quick question, a second opinion, or a difficult decision. Ask through the member portal or schedule a call, and get practical answers from someone who has built and sold home service companies.
Coaching covers the decisions that actually shape your business: hiring and keeping good people, pricing and estimating, marketing, customer service, cash flow, operations, and growth planning. Members also get business resources — templates, checklists, SOPs, and worksheets — plus a community of contractors who hold the same standard.
Our low-cost membership fee includes:
- Unlimited business questions through the online member portal
- Direct access to The Service Coach
- Phone & virtual coaching for complex situations
- Practical advice on hiring, pricing, marketing, operations, and growth

About a year in, we'll reach out to re-verify your credentials and confirm whether you'd like to continue. Renewal is expected to be $99 or $199 per year; we'll confirm the exact amount well before your renewal date. Founding membership is limited — once we reach the number of members we need to launch, we'll close the offer.
